Position: Innovation Consultant
Location: Home Office Based / Greece
Position Summary
The Innovation Consultant will work with clients to identify and develop new business opportunities, products, and services. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The Innovation Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and will use this information to propose and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential partners
- Develop and present innovative solutions to clients
- Collaborate with clients to define and implement new product and service offerings
- Conduct market and industry research to inform recommendations and strategy
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather and synthesize ideas
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate recommendations and progress to clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, innovation, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, engineering)
- Proficiency in English (working language)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with startups or small businesses
- Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies
- Experience working with international partners and stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
- Proficiency in German
