Program Manager, Startup Accelerator

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering the startup accelerator program for a portfolio of early-stage companies. This individual will work closely with the startups to provide support, guidance, and resources throughout the program duration. The Program Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including mentors, investors, and industry experts.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the startup accelerator program, including scheduling and organizing events, workshops, and mentorship sessions
• Work with startups to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones
• Provide guidance and support to startups as they develop and grow their businesses
• Identify and secure resources and support for the startups, including mentors, investors, and industry experts
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops, speaker events, and pitch sessions
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes of the program to stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience in program management, startup development, or a related field
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, entrepreneurship, marketing)
• Proficiency in English (working language)

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with early-stage startups or in a startup accelerator program
• Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. G Suite, Asana, Trello)
• Proficiency in German
